1️⃣ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Item must be returned in its original packaging (including boxes, dust bags, and any accessories).
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Final sale items, gift cards, and custom-made products are non-returnable.

📌 Note: We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.


2️⃣ How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, follow these steps:

2️⃣ Receive Return Authorization – We will provide return instructions, including the return address.
3️⃣ Ship the Item – Securely pack the item and send it via a trackable shipping service. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4️⃣ Processing – Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.


3️⃣ Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
✔ Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for cases of defective or incorrect items.

📌 Note: If the return does not meet the policy conditions, the item will be returned to the sender without a refund.

✔ If you need a different size or color, we offer free exchanges (subject to stock availability).
✔ For an exchange request, please mention the preferred item when contacting us.
✔ Exchanges will be processed once we receive your returned item.


5️⃣ Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:

Replace the item at no extra cost.
✔ Cover the return shipping fee for incorrect or defective products.
