✔ Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
✔ During peak seasons or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
📌 Note: Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

We offer fast and reliable shipping with estimated delivery times based on location:

- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
🌍 International Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
- Express Shipping: 3-7 business days (Available for select countries)
📌 Note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, or unexpected delays.
3️⃣ Tracking Your Order
✔ Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
✔ You can track your order directly on our website or through the carrier’s tracking system.
✔ If you do not receive a tracking update within 5 business days, please contact us at contact@ziptopic.xyz.
4️⃣ Shipping Restrictions & Delays
✔ ZIPTOPIC ships worldwide, except for regions with logistical restrictions or import bans.
✔ We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
🚫 Customs inspections
🚫 Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions
🚫 Local carrier delays or strikes
✔ If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
5️⃣ Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
✔ International customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by their country.
✔ These fees are the buyer’s responsibility and vary depending on local laws and regulations.
✔ ZIPTOPIC does not cover customs fees—please check with your local customs office for more details before placing an order.
📌 Note: If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
6️⃣ Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
✔ Lost Packages: If your package does not arrive within 30 days, please contact us to initiate an investigation.
✔ Stolen Packages: ZIPTOPIC is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery confirmation. We recommend providing a secure delivery address.
✔ Damaged Packages: If your item arrives damaged, please email us at contact@ziptopic.xyz within 48 hours of receiving it, including clear photos of the damage.
7️⃣ Incorrect Shipping Address
✔ Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
✔ If you enter the wrong address, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
✔ If an order is shipped to an incorrect address, ZIPTOPIC is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages.
8️⃣ Returns Due to Failed Delivery
✔ If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unpaid customs fees, or failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
✔ If you do not wish to have the package re-shipped, we will issue a refund minus shipping fees.
